The Opus 500 Series Multi-Room System is an innovative, yet wonderfully easy-to-use, ‘whole house’ entertainment system which allows you to enjoy up to six hi-fi sources, independently, or simultaneously, anywhere in your home.

In every room where the system is installed, Opus’ keypads and sleek remote handsets give you total control of your entire CD collection and access to a choice of radio stations.

  • Stylish keypads feature a large backlit LCD screen which displays information such as equipment status, RDS radio station name, time, volume etc
  • A single system is scalable up to 24 main zones (rooms) + 24 sub-zones (typically en-suite bathrooms or rooms adjoining main rooms). Each master control unit serves up to 4 main zones and 4 sub-zones.
  • Local input feature allows you to connect your choice of entertainment equipment in main zones and enjoy this through ceiling speakers (e.g. Playstation, VCR etc.)

Price

The price of a multi-room entertainment system depends on how many rooms you wish to install in, the size of your house and whether you choose to have video as well as audio. The 500 series does also offer pre-packaged systems, click here for more info.
